Jane Goldner, Ph.D., president and founder of The Goldner Group, is one of the nation'â€™s leading authorities on talent retention and trusted advisor to Fortune 100 Companies, government and military organizations, and small to mid-sized businesses. She is also the author of Driven To Success: A 10-Point Checkup for Achieving High Performance in Business, a step-by-step business guide for leaders.Dr. Goldner has been a key consultant for organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company, Georgia-Pacific, Georgia Department of Defense, National Guard Bureau Domestic Operations, General Engineering Laboratories, and The City of Boca Raton. Chip Bell

Chip R. Bell

Chip is the founder of The Chip Bell Group and works from its Dallas and Atlanta offices. Prior to starting the firm in 1980, he was Director of Management and Organization Development for NCNB, now Bank of America. Dr. Bell holds graduate degrees in organizational psychology and human resource development from Vanderbilt University and George Washington University. Chip is the author or co-author of several best-selling books including Take Their Breath Away: How Imaginative Service Creates Devoted Customer, Customer Loyalty Guaranteed, Customers as Partners, Managing Knock Your Socks Off Service, and Magnetic Service. His newest book (with John R. Patterson), Wired and Dangerous: How Your Customers Have Changed and What to do about it, will be in bookstores in Spring 2011. Chip has served as consultant and/or trainer to such major organizations as IBM, Microsoft, GE, Home Depot, Bank of America, Marriott, Merrill Lynch, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Lockheed-Martin, USAA, Verizon Wireless, Duke Energy, Pfizer, Monsanto, Harley-Davidson, Shell Oil, Cadillac, Universal Orlando, and Victoria'â€™s Secret.

Lori is President of Larkspur Group. She is a consultant, master facilitator, and coach specializing in leadership, organizational, and team development. She has more than 20 years of experience partnering with senior executives in North America, and 60 countries across Africa, Europe, Asia, and Latin America to translate business goals into value-added people strategies. With expertise in selection and assessment, she specializes in getting the right people in the right job at the right time. She knows how to inspire people to get the desired results, especially during times of transition. Her work with various client organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company, AT&T, McKesson Health Care, Cox Communications, NetApp, and CARE has encompassed strategy development, system implementations, curriculum and people development and global program roll outs, all in pursuit of improved organizational performance. She is a frequent keynote speaker at leadership and industry conferences, as well as a guest lecturer at major universities.

Greg Dillon

Greg is the Business Development Associate for The Goldner Group. He is currently also working as the Director of Business Development in Professional Education at Georgia Tech. He has a Masterâ€™'s degree in Training & Development from Leslie University in Cambridge, MA, and more than 25 years'â€™ experience in sales, leadership, and training & development (including 10 years in the full time ministry). Greg also has been deeply involved over the past 16 yearsâ€™ helping individuals professionally and privately with all aspects of their career transitions and career development. Greg worked as a National Learning Manager for several years for Randstad USA (the worldâ€™'s 2nd largest staffing company). During Gregâ€™'s time in the training department at Randstad, the training department was recognized by Training Magazine as a â€œTraining Top 100â€ department four years in a row. Greg has since worked for two prominent management consulting and training firms in Massachusetts and Georgia. He was the co-chair for the Career Connections Group for SHRM Atlanta for 3 years and has spoken all over the country on various topics relating to leadership, training, and career transition skills. In February of 2009, Greg and his wife Kathryn appeared on the cover of Fortune Magazine.

Dr. Fiman provides strategic implementation management consulting services and training to a wide range of organizational clients in the United States and abroad. Dr. Fiman has developed a systematic process to manage the human elements critical to implementing strategic business objectives.Dr. Fiman's varied background includes more than 30 years as a consultant, psychologist, research scientist, and administrator. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies such as AT&T, GlaxoSmithKline, The Boeing Company, Hewlett Packard, Bank of America, Honeywell, Inc., Department of Defense, LL Bean, and Dupont to implement technological changes, reengineering, mergers and acquisitions, as well as quality and process improvement programs.Dr. Fiman holds a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Psychology and has translated portions of his experience into more than 50 publications. He is a frequent speaker at national conferences, and has been retained to teach other consultants to effectively implement complex change.

Chris is President of The Gilliam Group, and has contributed her skills in professional development, coaching, and career transition services for more than 20 years. Her facilitation and coaching style is often described as perceptive and practical. Chris also delivers coaching and training for downsized employees with Right Management, the global leader in career transition services. She is an active volunteer with the RUMC Job Networking ministry in Roswell. Clients have included TALinsight, Dex Media, Target and Mervyn's, AEGON Special Markets, and multiple domestic and international divisions of The Coca-Cola Company.Formerly employed by The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Chris held numerous leadership positions in Learning and Development within Human Resources. During her tenure, she managed client relationships for six divisions representing 4,000 employees, led a task force which conceived a global people development strategy and learning curriculum, initiated an integrated performance management system, and directed the implementation of behavior-based interview and selection processes.Chris is a Registered Corporate Coach, and is certified with The DiSC Inventory, The Birkmanâ„¢ Method Assessment, and Targeted Selection Interviewing Methodology.

Michelle is president of Matthews Consulting Group, LLC. With more than 25 years of experience in organizational development and consulting, Michelle is instrumental in developing strategies to improve business processes, maximize human capital and increase revenues. She serves as trusted advisor to numerous Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions, ranging from Delta Air Lines, Kimberly-Clark, and Georgia-Pacific to Public Health Institute for Informatics, Atlanta Public Schools, and Spelman College.Prior to establishing Matthews Consulting, Michelle was a senior manager with IBM, KPMG Consulting, and Accenture Consulting.
